Lead Implementation Consultant – Healthcare

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Engage and liaise with clients after the sale to formulate implementation plans tailored to their specific needs.

• Work in conjunction with the Implementation Architect and Technical Project Manager to strategize architecture, implementation, schedules, and operational plans.

• Facilitate the installation, upgrading, configuration, and integration of Cotiviti products with client software assets and processes.

• Create guidelines, programs, tasks, reports, and other components to fulfill client requirements.

• Collaborate with Client Services, Product, and Development teams to achieve project milestones.

• Offer post-implementation support during the transition to maintenance.

• Provide software and client-specific training while developing training documentation.

• Mentor and educate internal teams on Cotiviti products and customized components for clients.

• Act as a subject matter expert for customers regarding purchased Cotiviti products and solutions.

• Oversee or take part in testing and release-cycle tasks for product and service deployment.

• Produce comprehensive user and operational documentation.

• Conduct technical training during customer software release and deployment phases.

• Fulfill performance-review responsibilities, special projects, and other assigned tasks.

• Communicate effectively with others, troubleshoot issues, interpret data, make workflow decisions, maintain focus, and adhere to established protocols.

⛳️ Requirements

• More than 5 years of experience in Application Integration/Enterprise Application Integration.

• 8-10 years of practical experience with middleware tools such as JCAPS, Web method, WMBI, AquaLogic, or other messaging engines like IBM MQ and Active MQ.

• 8-10 years of exposure to Integration Design Patterns.

• Over 5 years of familiarity with message formats including XML, STX, EDI, EDIFACT, ISO, ACORD, HL7, or IHE.

• 8-10 years of working knowledge and experience with Java programming, JavaScript, XML, JSON, HTML, and scripting languages including Perl.

• Over 5 years of experience with Oracle and/or SQL Server from an application standpoint, including connection strings, SQL scripts, JDBC, and troubleshooting.

• More than 5 years of experience in DevOps and a solid understanding of DevSecOps.

• Over 4 years of working knowledge and experience in Kafka, Kubernetes, AWS, AVRO, SQS, and S3.

• A solid understanding of Application Servers.

• More than 5 years of experience with technical requirements documents, process flow diagrams, and deployment and user operations guides.

• Over 5 years of experience in developing technical designs.

• More than 5 years of experience in release management.

• A good understanding of healthcare, particularly within payer/provider environments.

• Familiarity with EDI transactions, preferably HIPAA.

• Strong process orientation and understanding of product implementation.

• Excellent communication, troubleshooting, analytical, project scope, estimation, and change management skills.

• Knowledge of implementation methodologies for products or solutions.

• Experience in providing technical training, whether internally or externally.

• Willingness to travel domestically up to 20%-25% of the time.

• Must be able to provide a dedicated and secure work area.

• Must have high-speed internet access/connectivity and maintain an office setup.
