This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
β’ Develop systems that enable Monograph and Total Synergy to identify, convert, and retain their customer base.
β’ Recognize and prioritize go-to-market issues alongside Marketing, Sales, RevOps, and Customer Experience teams.
β’ Integrate data across Salesforce, HubSpot, Clay, Gong, websites, product, support, and billing systems through APIs, integrations, and automation tools.
β’ Clean, enhance, deduplicate, match, and synchronize lead, opportunity, and customer data.
β’ Enhance lead scoring, prioritization, contact categorization, and account matching processes.
β’ Utilize AI for research, summarization, classification, and personalization when applicable.
β’ Construct, test, monitor, maintain, and retire workflows using automation tools, AI-assisted development, SQL, and lightweight coding.
β’ Evaluate workflow adoption and business outcomes; refine, scale, or discontinue workflows based on performance metrics.
β’ Educate users, collect feedback, and document effective processes.
β’ Collaborate with RevOps, Marketing Operations, Marketing, Sales, BDR, Customer Experience, Product, Engineering, Data, and Security teams.
β’ Achieve measurable enhancements in conversion rates, pipeline development, deal progression, retention, or expansion.
β’ Minimize manual tasks and promote quicker follow-up with high-priority prospects and customers.
β’ Over 4 years of experience in GTM Engineering, RevOps, Marketing Ops, Growth Engineering, business systems, data automation, or a related discipline, with demonstrable examples of systems you have built.
β’ In-depth understanding of B2B SaaS funnels, CRM, marketing automation, lead and account management, sales workflows, and customer retention strategies.
β’ Practical experience in designing multi-system workflows utilizing Salesforce, HubSpot, Clay, n8n, Make, Zapier, Workato, or similar tools.
β’ Proficient with APIs, webhooks, JSON, SQL, data transformation, and AI-assisted scripting in Python, JavaScript, or a comparable programming language.
β’ Familiarity with using large language models or AI agents for go-to-market workflows, with safeguards for quality, privacy, error management, and human oversight.
β’ Capability to define project requirements, articulate trade-offs, and collaborate across both technical and non-technical teams.
β’ Proven history of measuring adoption and business impact, rather than merely deploying automations or implementing tools.
β’ Experience in vertical SaaS, particularly in architecture and engineering software, is advantageous but not mandatory.
