Lead Full Stack Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with engineers to transform business requirements into technical specifications and clear technical guidelines.

• Take ownership of the product and engineering roadmap, guiding it from planning through to execution.

• Lead, mentor, and oversee the engineering team, ensuring accountability, productivity, and exceptional performance.

• Serve as the main point of contact between the CEO/Founder, Product Designer, and Engineering team.

• Convert business objectives into priorities for product and engineering efforts.

• Supervise project timelines, sprint planning, resource distribution, and delivery milestones.

• Work alongside development, design, and growth teams to create innovative and scalable solutions.

• Develop and sustain key features of the current platform.

• Discover innovative methods to improve customer experience and platform usability.

• Maintain, manage, and scale the existing technology stack.

• Assume responsibility for the code and product.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of full-stack development experience.

• Over 6–8 years of experience with React and Ruby or Python.

• Experience with TypeScript is optional.

• AWS experience is optional.

• Ability to quickly iterate and regularly deliver code.

• Customer-centric mindset focused on providing outstanding user experiences.

• Self-driven and enthusiastic about building relationships and expanding a business.

• Comfortable operating in an environment characterized by continual adaptation and change.

• Availability to work until 2:00 PM Pacific Time.
