This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and sustain the Marketing website utilizing React, Next.js, and Tailwind.css, with an emphasis on performance and scalability.

• Collaborate with the design team to create refined, pixel-perfect UI components.

• Incorporate third-party services such as analytics, CMS, Marketo Forms, and A/B testing tools.

• Set up and oversee dependable, high-speed staging and production deployments.

• Work alongside marketing stakeholders to convert campaign and product objectives into technical solutions.

• Enhance Core Web Vitals scores, SEO best practices, and web accessibility across all pages.

• Manage and continually improve development and operational workflows, including branching strategies, release processes, and incident response times.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science or a related quantitative discipline (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Engineering).

• A minimum of 4 years of professional experience in software engineering; internship experience is not considered.

• At least 2 years of experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), cloud-based productivity tools, or virtualization technologies.

• Proven knowledge of React and Next.js, including App Router, server components, and SSG/SSR strategies.

• Familiarity with TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, and creating responsive/accessible components.

• Experience with headless CMS platforms and integrating third-party APIs.

• Direct experience collaborating with Marketing and design stakeholders, converting business needs into technical specifications.

• Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows.

• Over 3 years of experience with Contentful CMS.

• Experience working with design systems, Figma, and ShadCn UI.
