Lead Full Stack Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Oversee the Full Stack Developer team, including assigning tasks, prioritizing work, setting expectations, and monitoring workload.

• Conduct one-on-one meetings, provide performance feedback, establish goals, and assist with performance reviews.

• Offer technical guidance, mentorship, and support to developers.

• Facilitate code reviews and set coding standards and best practices.

• Manage onboarding and training processes for new developers.

• Address complex technical challenges and production incidents; assist with troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.

• Participate in technical design and architectural decision-making.

• Communicate team progress, capacity, and risks to the VP of Development.

• Design, develop, and maintain REST APIs and Azure Functions using C#, ASP.NET Web API, and .NET Core/.NET 8/9.

• Develop and sustain Angular front-end features.

• Implement and troubleshoot OAuth/OpenID Connect, PKCE, and Microsoft Entra ID authentication and authorization flows.

• Write, optimize, and troubleshoot SQL Server stored procedures, focusing on indexing and query performance tuning.

• Develop and maintain Azure Service Bus queue processing and retry patterns.

• Deploy, host, and monitor services through Azure Container Apps.

• Monitor application health and resolve production issues using Azure Application Insights and Kusto queries.

• Create PowerShell scripts for automation, AWS SSO administration, and VPN/network troubleshooting.

• Collaborate with analysts, project managers, and business stakeholders to convert requirements into technical solutions.

• Contribute to Supplylogic projects, including supplier integrations, and engage in onboarding and training activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience in leading, mentoring, or directing other developers, preferably in a hands-on lead role.

• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Experience in conducting code reviews and establishing or enforcing development standards and best practices.

• Advanced proficiency in C# (.NET Framework, .NET Core, APIs, Azure Functions).

• Advanced SQL skills, including SQL Server stored procedures, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.

• Intermediate PowerShell skills for automation, AWS SSO, and VPN/network troubleshooting.

• Advanced knowledge of ASP.NET Web API.

• Advanced understanding of .NET Core/.NET 8/9.

• Advanced knowledge of OAuth/OpenID Connect, including PKCE and Entra ID flows.

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID.

• Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and at least one major UI framework (React, Vue, Angular).

• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Azure, including Function Apps, Service Bus, and Container Apps.

• Advanced knowledge of Azure Service Bus.

• Intermediate understanding of Azure Container Apps.

• Advanced knowledge of Azure Application Insights, including Kusto queries and monitoring.

• Proficient in Visual Studio.

• Proficient in VS Code.

• Proficient in SQL Server Management Studio.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
