Lead Full-Stack AI Engineer, Python/Typescript - Advertising

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Oversee the technical trajectory of projects and make strategic architectural choices for full-stack applications that incorporate AI services.

• Create and develop sturdy Python backend services.

• Build user-friendly, interactive frontend interfaces using React, Vue, or Angular to represent intricate data and AI interactions.

• Design and sustain data processing pipelines, agentic workflows, and LLM integrations.

• Conduct thorough code reviews and provide mentorship to both junior and senior developers.

• Promote the adoption of engineering best practices.

• Collaborate with Product Management, Design, and QA teams to convert complex requirements into technical roadmaps and actionable software deliverables.

• Keep abreast of emerging AI trends, including SLMs, Agentic AI, multimodal models, and web technologies.

• Provide recommendations to stakeholders regarding feasibility and implementation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of software development experience, including more than 2 years in a technical leadership position.

• Strong backend proficiency in Python, utilizing frameworks like FastAPI, Flask, or Django.

• Modern frontend experience with React, Vue, or Angular; TypeScript is preferred.

• Practical AI/LLM experience, encompassing RAG patterns and frameworks such as LangChain or LlamaIndex.

• Competent in API design, with experience in REST, GraphQL, and real-time interfaces.

• Strong engineering practices, including Git, CI/CD, containerization, and automated testing methodologies.

• Experience with both relational and vector databases.

• Outstanding communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical ideas to various audiences.

• Must be currently located in Latin America.
