Lead Full-Stack AI Engineer, Python/Typescript - Advertising

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Direct the technical strategy for AI-driven full-stack application initiatives.

• Make strategic architectural choices across backend, frontend, and AI integration components.

• Design and develop robust backend services using Python.

• Create intuitive and interactive frontend interfaces utilizing React, Vue, or Angular.

• Architect and sustain data processing pipelines, agentic workflows, and LLM integrations.

• Conduct thorough code reviews and provide mentorship to both junior and senior developers.

• Promote the adoption of best engineering practices.

• Collaborate with Product Management, Design, and QA to convert requirements into technical roadmaps and deliverable software solutions.

• Keep abreast of emerging AI and web technologies, advising stakeholders on their feasibility and implementation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of software development experience, including more than 2 years in a leadership position.

• Strong backend proficiency in Python, utilizing frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django.

• Modern frontend development experience with React, Vue, or Angular; TypeScript is preferred.

• Practical AI/LLM experience, including RAG patterns and frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex.

• Proficient in API design with REST, GraphQL, and real-time interfaces.

• Strong engineering practices, including proficiency in Git, CI/CD, containerization, and automated testing.

• Experience with both relational and vector databases.

• Exceptional communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical concepts to varied audiences.

• Must be currently residing in Latin America.
