Lead, Financial Systems – Strategy

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of Duetto's FP&A systems architecture and lead efforts in data centralization and infrastructure integration across NetSuite, Salesforce, and various departmental sources.

• Manage the core data model and platform governance within Abacum.

• Design and maintain an integrated financial model that encompasses P&L, cash flow, reforecasting, and budgeting.

• Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting packages for the CFO and board, including board and sponsor reports.

• Conduct scenario and sensitivity analyses related to growth, investments, liquidity, and strategic initiatives.

• Collaborate with the Accounting team to expedite the monthly closing process.

• Oversee cash flow forecasting and monitor compliance with covenants.

• Implement AI-augmented workflows and agents to enhance finance operations.

• Lead consolidated P&L variance analysis and synthesize performance drivers across departments and the company as a whole.

• Collaborate with R&D and G&A leaders to offer data-driven strategic recommendations aimed at improving productivity and fostering growth.

⛳️ Requirements

• 6–10 years of experience in FP&A or Financial Systems, with a significant focus on executive reporting, financial processes, systems architecture, or data infrastructure within a SaaS setting.

• A genuine interest in AI-augmented work, including large language models, automation, and prompt-driven workflows.

• Proven expertise in financial modeling and reporting.

• Extensive knowledge of financial systems architecture, especially with ERP platforms like NetSuite or equivalents.

• Proficiency in FP&A platforms such as Abacum, Adaptive Insights, OneStream, Pigment, or other comparable systems.

• Practical experience in managing forecasting, scenario modeling, and covenant compliance.

• Experience in collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders at all organizational levels.

• Ability to distill complex, multi-departmental data into a coherent executive-level narrative.

• Background in a private equity-backed or high-growth SaaS B2B environment.

• Strong skills in Excel, Google Suite, NetSuite, and Salesforce in a financial context.

• Familiarity with data visualization or BI tools, such as Tableau, Looker, or similar.

• Experience in supporting SOX compliance or audit-readiness initiatives.

• Experience in the hospitality technology sector.
