Lead, Financial Analysis

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Oversee daily financial operations, including invoicing, payroll inputs, and transaction workflows.

• Generate monthly and quarterly management reports that detail financial outcomes and discrepancies.

• Conduct financial analysis, research, and modeling to aid senior leadership in decision-making processes.

• Assist in project and investment analysis, including the validation of financial plans and underlying assumptions.

• Enhance and maintain financial reporting and accounting systems to guarantee accuracy and consistency.

• Ensure adherence to accounting policies, internal controls, and regulatory standards.

• Convert financial data into understandable insights for business and finance stakeholders.

• Aid in forecasting, planning, prioritization, and risk management activities.

• Proven experience in financial planning, analysis, or accounting in a corporate or professional services setting.

• Capability to analyze financial data and present clear recommendations for business partners.

• Experience in preparing management reports, forecasts, or operational plans.

• Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial controls, and reporting standards.

• Proficient in using spreadsheets and financial analysis tools for modeling and reporting purposes.

• Background in supporting strategic initiatives, investments, or project-based financial analysis.

• Familiarity with enterprise financial systems and data-driven reporting environments.

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to clarify financial implications and trade-offs.
