Lead, Finance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Oversee forward-pricing rates, overhead budgets, and SG&A expenses for the C3ISR division.

• Evaluate sector cost accumulation and the allocation procedure across various divisions.

• Budget, monitor, and report on finance headcount and costs within the division.

• Conduct SG&A costing and consolidate costs for analysis, forecasting, and reporting at the division level.

• Liaise with sector leadership regarding SG&A, budgets, and rates reporting.

• Apply FAR and CAS standards to analyze and review incurred costs through the submission and audit of incurred cost proposals.

• Develop multiple departmental budgets for FPRP preparation, audit defense with DCMA/DCAA, and cost monitoring reporting both internally and externally.

• Required to travel up to 5%.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 9 years of relevant experience, or a Graduate Degree with a minimum of 7 years of related experience, or, in lieu of a degree, at least 13 years of prior related experience.

• At least 1 year of experience with both FAR and CAS for the analysis and review of incurred costs through submission and audit of incurred cost proposals.

• Minimum 1 year of experience with indirect rate structures including multiple overhead pools, TCI G&A, Value Added G&A, abated fringe, and a solid understanding of the treatment and allocation of intermediate overhead pools.

• At least 1 year of experience with compliance understanding to review and advise on CAS410 and CAS403 disclosure statement submission, audit, and defense.

• Minimum 1 year of experience with SG&A costing and cost roll-up for analysis, forecasting, and reporting at the division level.

• At least 1 year of experience in establishing multiple departmental budgets for FPRP preparation, audit defense with DCMA/DCAA, and cost monitoring reporting both internally and externally.

• Minimum 1 year of experience with the 3FF process for the distribution of allocated costs.

• At least 1 year of experience with SAP ERP and Hyperion systems.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Strong understanding of Balance Sheet and Income Statement.

• Capability to obtain a US Secret security clearance.

• Willingness and ability to travel up to 5%.

• Experience in the Aerospace & Defense industry is preferred.

• Self-motivated with the ability to proactively resolve complex problems in a timely manner.
