Lead Field Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Oversee and manage the daily operations of field technicians across multiple job sites.

• Allocate tasks, track progress, and ensure that work adheres to quality and safety regulations.

• Deliver on-site training, mentorship, and technical support to field technicians.

• Address complex technical or operational issues by escalating them to management.

• Conduct advanced installation, maintenance, and repair of systems, equipment, or infrastructure.

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues in the field.

• Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and project documents.

• Ensure that installations are in compliance with company standards, manufacturer specifications, and regulatory guidelines.

• Act as the main on-site liaison for customers and internal stakeholders.

• Organize equipment, materials, and tools necessary for field operations.

• Monitor project progress and provide management with status reports.

• Guarantee that work is finished on time and within the designated scope.

• Review completed tasks for quality and accuracy.

• Identify opportunities to enhance processes, efficiency, and client satisfaction.

• Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives within field operations.

• Travel to various client locations as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive hands-on experience with field services, hardware deployments, and multi-site implementations.

• Proven experience in leading technicians or acting as the senior technical resource in the field.

• Strong understanding of SCCM imaging, Windows device configuration, and endpoint deployment.

• Capability to evaluate site requirements and take charge of execution.

• Comfortable functioning in fast-paced, high-visibility settings.

• Excellent communication skills with technicians and client-facing contacts at job sites.

• Professional demeanor, sound judgment, and the ability to work autonomously.

• Capacity to lift up to 30lbs as necessary and work in diverse environmental conditions.

• Valid driver’s license with the ability to travel to job locations.
