This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Act as the principal technical authority for field operations.

• Execute intricate installations, deployments, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs.

• Oversee and coordinate daily tasks of field technicians across various job sites.

• Delegate responsibilities, monitor progress, and uphold quality and safety standards.

• Deliver on-the-job training, mentorship, and technical support.

• Elevate complex technical or operational challenges to management.

• Analyze technical drawings, schematics, and project documentation.

• Ensure that installations meet company standards, manufacturer specifications, and regulatory guidelines.

• Act as the main on-site liaison for customers and internal stakeholders.

• Manage coordination of equipment, materials, and tools.

• Monitor project progress and provide status updates to management.

• Ensure tasks are completed on time and within defined scope.

• Evaluate completed work for quality and precision.

• Identify areas for process enhancement, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

• Promote continuous improvement initiatives within field operations.


⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive hands-on experience in field services, hardware deployments, and multi-site rollouts.

• Proven experience leading technicians or acting as the senior technical resource in the field.

• Comprehensive working knowledge of SCCM imaging, Windows device configuration, and endpoint deployment.

• Capability to evaluate site requirements and take charge of execution.

• Comfortable working in dynamic, high-visibility environments.

• Excellent communication skills with technicians and client-facing site representatives.

• Professional demeanor, sound judgment, and the ability to operate independently.

• Capacity to lift up to 30 lbs when necessary and work in various environmental conditions.

• Valid driver's license with the ability to travel to job sites.
