Lead Field Applications Engineer

• Oversee Field Applications Engineering for Advanced Industry.

• Propel exceptional growth and meet sales objectives.

• Formulate and implement field application strategies in collaboration with colleagues and business stakeholders.

• Develop, mentor, and guide a high-achieving applications team.

• Promote design-win growth and uncover new business prospects.

• Encourage innovation, continuous improvement, and flexibility.

• Establish and maintain technical relationships with key accounts.

• Work together with segment leaders, account managers, factory engineering, and product management teams.

• Create and uphold customer excellence processes.

• Engage in customer meetings to ensure outstanding service and prompt support.

• Leverage data-driven insights and analytics to track, assess, and report on applications performance.

• Oversee the budget for the field applications function and enhance resource allocation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or Physics.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in applications within advanced manufacturing, commercial semiconductor manufacturing processes, industrial HVAC manufacturing, or a related field.

• A Master’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or Physics is preferred.

• Strong grasp of customer applications.

• Ability to think creatively and innovatively.

• Capacity to adapt to diverse field situations.

• Proven ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external customers.

• Willingness and capability to travel up to 35%, including both domestic and international travel.
