Lead Expert, Onsite Operations – Enablement

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Provide operational and functional leadership for a cluster within the Onsite Operations & Enablement team.

• Ensure operational excellence while managing the cluster effectively.

• Maintain defined quality standards for the operational upkeep of onsite product, image, and text content.

• Oversee operational workload and strategically plan capacities and resources.

• Facilitate the onboarding process for both new and existing employees.

• Share responsibilities for recruitment and the professional development of the cluster and its team members.

• Monitor and enhance cluster performance based on relevant KPIs.

• Create targeted strategies to elevate operational excellence.

• Develop, refine, and implement efficient workflows and processes for content maintenance, publishing, and onsite product management.

• Continue to advance tools for content and product upkeep.

• Evolve the cluster roadmap and champion innovative, long-term solutions.

• Collaborate closely with both internal and external stakeholders to align on cross-functional topics and requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• A successfully completed university degree.

• A minimum of 5–8 years of professional experience in the e-commerce sector.

• Extensive knowledge in onsite merchandising, content management, or related fields.

• Demonstrated experience in process optimization and tool development.

• Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.

• Deep understanding of metrics, performance monitoring, and data-driven decision-making practices.

• Initial experience in leading functional teams.

• Capability to cultivate effective collaboration with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.

• A strong analytical and solution-focused mindset.

• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to customize messages for different target audiences.
