Lead Expert, Onsite Operations – Enablement

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Provide operational and functional leadership for a cluster within the Onsite Operations & Enablement team.

• Ensure operational excellence while managing the cluster effectively.

• Uphold defined quality standards for the operational maintenance of onsite product, image, and text content.

• Offer functional leadership for the cluster and promote effective collaboration.

• Oversee workloads and plan capacity and resources efficiently.

• Take responsibility for onboarding, sharing the responsibility for recruiting and developing the cluster and its employees.

• Monitor and continuously improve cluster performance, processes, and tools.

• Analyze relevant KPIs and devise measures to enhance operational excellence.

• Develop and optimize workflows for content maintenance, publication, and onsite product management.

• Further develop tools for content and product maintenance.

• Advance the cluster roadmap.

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate cross-functional topics.

⛳️ Requirements

• Hold a successfully completed university degree.

• Possess at least 5–8 years of professional experience in e-commerce.

• Have in-depth knowledge of onsite merchandising, content management, or related areas.

• Demonstrate experience in process optimization and tool development.

• Exhibit project management skills with the capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Have a strong understanding of metrics, performance monitoring, and data-driven decision-making.

• Hold initial experience in functional team leadership.

• Be able to work effectively with diverse internal and external stakeholders.

• Maintain an analytical and solution-oriented mindset.

• Possess strong communication skills, with the ability to tailor content for various target audiences.

• Exhibit a structured, independent working style with a high level of initiative.
