Lead Expert, Onsite Operations – Enablement

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Deliver operational and functional leadership for a cluster within the Onsite Operations & Enablement team.

• Ensure operational excellence while overseeing cluster operations.

• Maintain established quality standards for the operational upkeep of onsite product, image, and text content.

• Provide functional direction to the cluster and promote effective collaboration.

• Manage the operational workload and plan capacities and resources effectively.

• Take charge of onboarding processes for both new and existing employees.

• Share responsibility for recruitment and the ongoing development of the cluster and its team members.

• Monitor and enhance cluster performance, processes, and tools.

• Analyze relevant KPIs and formulate specific measures to enhance operational excellence.

• Develop, refine, and establish efficient workflows and processes for content maintenance, publishing, and onsite product management.

• Further develop tools for content and product maintenance.

• Advance the cluster roadmap and promote innovative, long-term solutions.

• Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to align on cross-functional topics and requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• A successfully completed university degree.

• A minimum of 5–8 years of professional experience in e-commerce.

• Comprehensive knowledge of onsite merchandising, content management, or similar fields.

• Demonstrated experience in process optimization and tool development.

• Strong project management capabilities with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.

• In-depth expertise in working with metrics, conducting performance monitoring, and making data-driven decisions.

• Initial experience in leading functional teams.

• Exceptional ability to foster effective collaboration with diverse internal and external stakeholders.

• Highly analytical and solution-oriented mindset.

• Outstanding communication skills, with the capacity to present content appropriately to various target audiences.

• A structured, independent working style with a high degree of initiative.
