This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Direct the comprehensive administration, governance, and strategic advancement of the Management Equity Program.
• Manage the entire lifecycle of equity initiatives, encompassing grant planning, allocation modeling, issuance, and ongoing management.
• Ensure precise, consistent, timely, and error-free execution of grants that align with private equity sponsor expectations.
• Act as the primary relationship manager for Equity Shift.
• Supervise system configuration, data accuracy, reporting outputs, and vendor service delivery.
• Establish and monitor service level agreements (SLAs) and performance metrics.
• Lead the development, tracking, and governance of equity documentation.
• Maintain a centralized repository with version control and readiness for audits.
• Collaborate with external legal counsel on plan interpretation and documentation.
• Ensure adherence to plan rules, regulatory standards, and equity practices.
• Assist with executive compensation governance, documentation, approvals, and audit readiness.
• Simplify complex equity and executive compensation topics into clear, actionable insights.
• Collaborate with executives and sponsors on equity strategy and decisions regarding executive compensation.
• Create executive-ready materials, scenario analyses, grant recommendations, and value narratives.
• Contribute to the design and evolution of executive compensation programs, including equity and performance-based long-term incentives (LTI).
• Direct executive compensation modeling, including dilution, MOIC outcomes, grant sizing, and payout scenarios.
• Prepare materials for the Compensation Committee and Board, including analysis, benchmarking, and presentations.
• Complete special projects and other assigned responsibilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, HR, Business, or a related field is required.
• Minimum of 8 years in compensation, with a significant emphasis on equity and long-term incentive programs.
• Experience in private equity-backed or publicly traded environments is strongly preferred.
• Proven experience in managing equity vendors and legal coordination.
• Extensive knowledge of equity compensation structures and administration.
• Strong analytical skills, including modeling and scenario analysis.
• Ability to articulate complex financial concepts in simple terms.
• Exceptional attention to detail and documentation practices.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, particularly with senior executives.
• Familiarity with Equity Shift or similar platforms is preferred.
• Knowledge of private equity terminology, such as MOIC and vesting structures, is preferred.
• Experience with governance, audit, and compliance frameworks is preferred.
• Must be able to provide a dedicated, secure workspace.
• Must have high-speed internet access/connectivity and the ability to set up and maintain an office environment.
