Lead Enterprise Business Process Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create comprehensive BPMN business process models for intricate enterprise transformation projects.

• Evaluate team BPMN outputs for precision and compliance with established standards.

• Mentor and guide junior analysts on BPMN standards, modeling practices, and the quality of process documentation.

• Assess and integrate business, technical, and architectural documents into enterprise-level process and system flows.

• Examine system artifacts, integrations, and service interactions to delineate how systems communicate and share data throughout the enterprise.

• Act as the primary liaison for client leadership.

• Conduct high-level workshops to promote strategic alignment and secure formal approvals.

• Supervise the creation and evaluation of Application Context Diagrams, System Interface Diagrams, and Business Process Models.

• Manage team members, project schedules, resource distribution, and deliverables related to process architecture workstreams.

• Ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience as a Senior Business System Analyst, Business Process Architect, or a comparable role in complex enterprise settings.

• Advanced experience in developing BPMN process models for large-scale enterprise transformation projects.

• Extensive experience in leading process architecture initiatives for large enterprise systems or digital transformation projects.

• Strong technical judgment, decision-making, and prioritization capabilities.

• Demonstrated experience in coaching and mentoring teams on business process modeling and flow diagrams, particularly focusing on BPMN.

• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex client interactions in dynamic and ambiguous environments.

• Solid consulting background with the capacity to lead client engagements and influence senior stakeholders.

• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to simplify complex technical and business concepts into clear, actionable instructions.

• Proficient in developing and reviewing Application Context Diagrams, system interface diagrams, and comprehensive process models.

• Experience in presenting process models and technical concepts to both business and technical stakeholders.

• Background in consulting or client-facing roles.

• Familiarity with SOX and/or operational controls within technical and business processes (preferred).

• Experience in the telecommunications sector, especially in BSS/OSS environments (preferred).

• Background supporting Tier 1 service providers or comparably complex enterprises (preferred).

• Working knowledge of finance and accounting principles related to operational and system controls (preferred).

• Experience in business development or assisting in the growth of consulting practices (preferred).
