This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania, +1 more state.
• Spearhead sophisticated full-stack engineering methodologies, frameworks, and standards to deliver intricate end-to-end solutions across various initiatives.
• Evaluate full-stack application requirements, both front-end and back-end capabilities, drivers, constraints, and trade-offs to shape solution strategies.
• Articulate architectural alternatives, API design choices, database considerations, sequencing decisions, operational constraints, and recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders and external partners or vendors.
• Direct key areas of full-stack engineering by organizing tasks with minimal supervision and ensuring consistent execution across interconnected teams and programs.
• Enhance engineering processes, development practices, and technical standards through automation, reusable designs, CI/CD pipelines, API standards, and operational methods.
• Mentor full-stack engineers, offer technical guidance to emerging leaders, and promote consistency through code reviews, documentation, and knowledge sharing.
• Oversee application outcomes, delivery risks, performance indicators, and integration health to identify issues and suggest corrective measures.
• A bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, systems engineering, information technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience is required.
• A minimum of 6 years of experience in software engineering, systems engineering, or a related field is required.
• A master's degree in computer science, software engineering, systems engineering, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience is preferred.
• Certification in cloud platforms, systems architecture, Agile, or DevOps is preferred.
