This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Rhode Island.
• Utilize analytics, technology, and investigative techniques to enhance Asset Protection operations, conduct investigations, and mitigate risks.
• Deliver analytical insights and investigative support for Field Asset Protection.
• Guide a team employing data link analysis, surveillance efforts, controlled deliveries, and exception-based reporting to pinpoint and address internal and external threats.
• Oversee investigative capabilities related to systems-driven case identification, exception-based reporting, and data-informed investigative approaches.
• Manage vendor relations and systems administration for Asset Protection technologies.
• Create and refine exception-based reporting methods to detect risk patterns.
• Employ analytics, reporting tools, and investigative techniques to identify high-risk areas and enhance Asset Protection and Operations strategies.
• Establish best practices for investigative methods and delineate policies for loss prevention systems and field tactics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and Asset Protection leadership in strategic decision-making.
• Lead and synchronize analytical initiatives that support Business Units and field-based Asset Protection and Operations strategies.
• Encourage the utilization of Asset Protection technology tools and investigative techniques among internal and external partners.
• Stay updated on industry trends in Asset Protection analytics, investigative technology, and risk management.
• Develop and execute improvements in Asset Protection systems to ensure data accuracy, reporting precision, and investigative effectiveness.
• Create predictive models and investigative algorithms to detect high-risk scenarios and proactively tackle potential threats.
• Willingness and capability to travel 25% for quarterly meetings.
• Over 8 years of experience in Asset Protection, Investigations, AP Analytics, or AP Technology Management, combining investigative and data-driven skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Criminal Justice, Data Analytics, Cybersecurity, or a related field is preferred.
• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
• LPC, CFE, or other relevant Asset Protection and investigative certifications are preferred.
