Lead Development Representative – Spanish

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +12 more states.

📋 Description

• Provide customer service and technical support for product-related inquiries through phone, chat, and email in various languages.

• Employ probing questions and critical thinking to assess the next steps with empathy and patience.

• Accurately document the caller’s inquiry, the troubleshooting process, and the resolution or next steps (including directing to the appropriate queue).

• Adhere to established professional escalation protocols.

⛳️ Requirements

• Candidates must reside in one of the following states: AR, CO, FL, GA, KS, NC, NH, NJ, OH, OK, OR, PA, TN, TX, VA.

• Successful completion of all assessments, background checks, and drug screenings is required.

• A high school diploma or equivalent is necessary.

• Fluency in both verbal and written English and Spanish is essential.

• Proficiency in typing quickly and accurately is required.

• Capability to manage high volumes of chats and calls effectively.

• Exceptional customer service and de-escalation skills are a must.

• Strong attention to detail is required.

• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities are essential.

• Proficient in navigating multiple windows and applications to deliver accurate information to end users.

• Flexibility in working shifts based on business requirements is important.

• Previous experience with CRM systems is preferred.
