Lead Delivery Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the execution of intricate, high-profile client implementations involving ERP, MES/WMS, CRM, and related Datacor solutions.

• Act as the primary contact for sophisticated client implementations.

• Take charge of planning and scheduling, which includes defining scope, milestones, dependencies, and timelines.

• Manage budgets, resource allocation, risk assessments, forecasting, change management, and contingency strategies.

• Facilitate collaboration among implementation, technical services, solution architecture, product, and development teams.

• Conduct executive status meetings and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders.

• Address complex customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations effectively.

• Proactively identify delivery challenges and risks utilizing business insights and factual data.

• Negotiate requirements, adjustments to scope, and alternative solutions.

• Enhance delivery methodologies, templates, and tools for improved efficiency.

• Cultivate relationships across Sales, Optimization, Support, Product, and key clients.

• Keep abreast of ERP trends, technologies, and best practices in process manufacturing and distribution.

• Mentor, review, delegate tasks, and coach delivery team members.

• Spearhead the resolution of challenging delivery issues and promote a culture of continuous improvement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, finance, computer science, or a related field; a combination of education and relevant work experience will also be considered.

• A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in ERP software delivery or implementation, specifically in leading complex, multi-workstream projects.

• Proven history of delivering large-scale implementations on schedule and within budget.

• Preferred experience with ERP, MES/WMS, or CRM implementations in process manufacturing or distribution.

• Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Advanced skills in organization, project management, and budget oversight.

• Outstanding time management abilities when handling multiple concurrent projects.

• High proficiency in computer applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and project management tools.

• PMP or an equivalent project management certification is advantageous.

• Demonstrated success in coaching, reviewing, and delegating tasks to other delivery or project personnel.

• Highly adept at presenting complex information to senior-level audiences, negotiating solutions, and fostering consensus.

• Recognized by clients and internal stakeholders as a trusted delivery leader.

• Communicates directly, provides clear feedback and guidance, and inspires others.
