Lead Customer Application

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Oversee project control activities on a global scale

• Promote uniform functional specifications and standardized global processes for project execution

• Engage in activities aimed at understanding and fulfilling customer expectations

• Offer technical knowledge and devise technical solutions during the pre-ITO requisition phase

• Collaborate with the commercial team

• Assess client requirements and define as well as enhance products, scope, schedule, industrial framework, and cost

• Evaluate plant, system, and equipment performance and efficiency

• Record technical specifications and cost elements for contract execution stages

• Tailor products and implement solutions to meet specific customer requirements during OTR

• Utilize technical expertise and enforce policy/strategy

• Recommend solutions that fall outside established parameters with appropriate guidance

• Address straightforward tasks by applying technical skills and analytical reasoning

• Offer informal mentorship to new team members

⛳️ Requirements

• Advanced experience in Engineering/Technology & Customer Application Engineering

• Knowledge equivalent to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or a high school diploma with pertinent experience

• Excellent oral and written communication abilities

• Proven capability to analyze and resolve issues

• Competence in documenting, planning, marketing, and executing programs

• Proven project management skills

• Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a bachelor's degree
