Lead Customer Application

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Lead project control activities on a global scale

• Ensure uniform functional specifications and standardized global processes for project execution

• Offer technical expertise and develop solutions during the pre-ITO phase while collaborating with the commercial team

• Evaluate client requirements and determine optimal products, scope, schedule, industrial layout, and costs

• Assess the performance and efficiency of plants, systems, and equipment

• Create documentation for technical specifications and cost elements for contract fulfillment

• Tailor products to meet specific customer requirements and implement them accordingly

• Utilize technical knowledge and previous experience to enforce policy and strategy

• Examine business drivers and facilitate collaboration across teams

• Suggest solutions beyond established parameters with appropriate guidance

• Address technical challenges using internal resources and analytical skills

• Offer informal mentorship to new team members

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in Engineering/Technology & Customer Application Engineering

• Knowledge equivalent to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or a high school diploma with relevant experience

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

• Proven capacity to analyze and resolve issues

• Competence in documenting, planning, marketing, and executing programs

• Established skills in project management
