This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +2 more locations.
• Lead or assist cross-functional teams in determining business requirements for content modeling and reuse.
• Adapt to evolving external and internal environments while guiding others through transitions.
• Execute R&D’s partnership strategy effectively.
• Support staff training to ensure optimal use of technologies.
• Foster, inspire, and guide teams toward successful outcomes.
• Collaborate across functions, regions, and cultures in a sponsor-focused model.
• Contribute to the creation of treatments that enhance patient care globally.
• In-depth knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in clinical development and the distribution process of prescription drugs.
• Understanding of various document types utilized in drug development, such as Clinical Protocols, Clinical Study Reports, Investigator Brochures, and Submission Documents.
• Proven experience in document development and comprehension of the roles different functions play in this process.
• Significant experience with MS Word.
• Acquaintance with industry standards pertaining to document content.
• Previous experience with SCM tools is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Proven ability to collaborate across functions, regions, and cultures.
• Leadership skills at a functional level to inspire, motivate, and achieve results.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
• Capability to simplify complex issues and ideas into clear and understandable terms.
• Strong teamwork skills with the ability to build credibility and trust.
• Ability to navigate a global ecosystem with considerable complexity.
• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is necessary.
• 4+ years of experience as a medical writer or editor in the pharmaceutical sector or related experience.
• Proficiency with a range of software applications.
• Familiarity with basic concepts of information storage and retrieval.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Proven ability to lead teams and work groups effectively.
• Capacity to work independently, take initiative, complete assignments, and meet deadlines.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications and advanced expertise in MS Word.
• Understanding of GCP and ICH standards and guidelines.
• Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is located.
