Content Editor – 12-month FTC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Assist the Head of Content with daily content operations at Lyra International and its local branches.

• Take the lead on executing content projects and campaigns.

• Discover new avenues for content creation.

• Write, edit, and proofread content for diverse formats and target audiences.

• Work alongside the Customer Success and Marketing teams to ensure content aligns with Lyra’s branding and accessibility standards.

• Provide support to other departments with their content needs as required.

• Oversee content uploads and updates on the internal CMS.

• Revise and modify existing client and marketing materials based on customer specifications.

• Collaborate with the translation team to tailor materials for various markets.

• Engage in brainstorming and workshop sessions with the Content and Marketing teams.

• Maintain consistency in content across all company platforms.

• Partner with the Member Marketing team to uncover new content opportunities.

• Create, proofread, and edit articles and support resources for a wide range of customers.

• Collaborate with stakeholders throughout the organization to fulfill content requirements promptly and to a high standard.

⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of experience in a senior content role, such as Editor, Senior Copywriter, or Content Manager.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

• Excellent organizational and time management abilities, capable of handling multiple projects at once.

• Experience using content management systems.

• Familiarity with managing content in multiple languages.

• Adaptability to changing priorities, project needs, and customer feedback.

• A genuine interest in wellbeing and/or mental health.

• Knowledge of Adobe software is a plus.

• Experience working asynchronously or for a large international organization is advantageous but not mandatory.
