AI Content Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Establish the creative direction for AI-generated videos and visuals.

• Develop key campaign assets from initial concept to final production.

• Oversee AI video projects utilizing Runway, Higgsfield, and other innovative tools.

• Recruit and manage a roster of freelance creators and social contractors.

• Identify, brief, direct, compensate, and enhance the work of freelance creators.

• Create a creative testing cycle in collaboration with Demand Generation.

• Assess which concepts are effective for scaling in both paid and organic channels.

• Adapt customer success stories, research findings, and launches for SMB, private practice, enterprise, and DSO audiences.

• Set guidelines for the use of generative AI in healthcare, ensuring accurate claims and ethical use of likenesses.

• Advocate for creative choices to leadership while leveraging performance metrics to assess outcomes.

• Conduct a brief video evaluation for Instagram or TikTok targeting independent dental practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 6 years in creative production or direction.

• At least 2 years of experience directing other creators, freelancers, or an agency team.

• A portfolio showcasing completed AI video projects.

• Proven track record of developing and delivering creative content that achieves results.

• Comprehensive oversight of AI video production: from concept and script to storyboard, generation, and editing.

• Proficient in tools such as Runway and Higgsfield.

• Capability to provide clear and constructive creative feedback to fellow creators.

• Comfort with utilizing performance data to inform creative strategies.

• Eagerness to deeply understand the target audience.

• Experience in startup or high-growth environments is preferred.

• Prior experience in managing a team of influencers and content creators is advantageous.

• A Bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory.

• Candidates must reside in the United States.
