Lead Consultant, Vended Application

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Contribute to or create narratives for intricate features as part of the overall product planning.

• Guide the story development process for team members who are in the learning phase.

• Organize, facilitate, and conclude feature review sessions addressing complex business challenges and requirements.

• Document the outcomes of feature review sessions.

• Mentor newer team members on their assigned features and delivery timelines.

• Develop functional designs for intricate business processes, challenges, and product feature specifications.

• Configure or develop within vendor software solutions.

• Review and validate the functionality of new vendor release features.

• Utilize vendor defect resolution protocols and support tools to troubleshoot issues.

• Provide training to team members and end-users.

• Aid in enhancing the team's collective capabilities.

• Assess proposed software products in alignment with strategic corporate and vendor initiatives.

• Assist in the planning, execution, and evaluation of module and integration testing.

• Manage issues and obstacles related to assigned features and product narratives.

• Collaborate with business groups and technical teams to address technology-related challenges across various business domains.

• Offer subject matter expertise across several processes and applications.

• This position does not involve supervisory responsibilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience is preferred.

• Proficiency in vendor software, specifically ERP applications.

• Understanding of application functionalities and client business operations.

• Capability to develop technical and process designs.

• Proficient in configuring vendor software.

• Moderate technical skills related to functional design.

• Familiar with vendor feature roadmaps and support mechanisms.

• Experience with defect resolution methods and support tools.

• Knowledge of integrated requirements.

• Experience in module and integration testing.

• Skilled in managing issues and blockers.

• Expertise in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Billing, Cash Disbursements, Collections Management, Defect Resolution, ERP Applications, Functional Designs, Insurance Billing, Integration Testing, Invoices, Issue Management, Payment Processing, SAP Development, SAP FI Accounts Receivable, SAP FICA, and SAP Management.

• Successful completion of a background check is required.

• A dedicated, private home workspace free from distractions is essential.

• Reliable internet connection with a minimum of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload speeds is necessary.
