Lead Consultant – Oracle Cloud HCM Absence Management, OTL

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Align the existing business processes of clients with validated HCM Cloud practices to address their needs, utilizing functional expertise in partnership with the technical consulting team.

• Facilitate workshops with clients to establish functional business requirements and ensure alignment with Oracle Cloud capabilities and the overall solution delivery.

• Recognize gaps in requirements and design, and create solutions to bridge these gaps.

• Configure the Oracle Cloud environment to satisfy client specifications and document the application setup.

• Provide clients with guidance on available options, potential risks, and impacts on other processes and systems.

• Oversee the project’s module track, which includes scope management, client expectations, risk identification and communication, as well as test script execution.

• Direct project team members throughout the project lifecycle, offering coaching and feedback on design, configuration, and documentation.

• Engage in internal forums for training, collaboration, issue resolution, and innovative design, serving as a visionary leader in the Oracle Cloud domain.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline such as Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Finance, or Engineering is expected.

• 5–10 years of experience in Client Services or a related field, with specific module experience in Absence Management or Time and Labor.

• Completed 3+ full life cycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations, demonstrating a solid understanding of business practice concepts and basic system design in your areas of expertise.

• Familiarity with OTBI, HDL, HSDL, BIP, Visual Builder Studio, and FastFormula; experience with Redwood implementation and upgrades is highly desirable.

• Oracle certification in your areas of expertise is required.

• Proven capability to independently lead and manage mid-sized client projects, including planning, estimating, and delivering, while supporting sales as a Subject Matter Expert.

• A history of developing long-lasting client relationships, delivering complex solutions, and managing multiple clients with changing priorities.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of effectively engaging at both business and technical levels.

• Self-motivated, with the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within a team, along with a demonstrated understanding of common challenges faced by clients and support teams.
