Lead Consultant – Cloud Practice

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Lead the discovery phases to pinpoint high-value opportunities for clients.

• Provide guidance to senior stakeholders regarding Cloud strategy, architecture, and transformation roadmaps.

• Craft customized solutions that align with business objectives and technical limitations.

• Oversee complex or cross-practice projects effectively.

• Ensure that delivery meets client expectations, adheres to best practices, and aligns with Valiantys standards.

• Serve as the technical lead when necessary.

• Create and evaluate key deliverables while reporting on progress and outcomes.

• Manage, support, mentor, and foster the development of consultants.

• Establish objectives, track performance, and offer constructive feedback.

• Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and consultant enablement processes.

• Ensure team readiness, certifications, and ongoing skill enhancement.

• Promote consulting best practices, knowledge sharing, methodologies, and the development of service offerings.

• Collaborate with Delivery Managers, Practice Leads, Sales, and Presales teams.

• Assist in complex presales activities, including solution design, scoping, and demonstrations.

• Identify business prospects and contribute to account expansion.

• Cultivate and sustain relationships with key client stakeholders.

• Ensure client satisfaction and maintain service consistency.

• Support long-term engagement strategies and value realization efforts.

• Act as a point of escalation for critical issues and ensure prompt resolution.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science or a related discipline.

• At least 7 years of consulting experience with a focus on leading complex projects.

• Extensive expertise in Atlassian tools and Cloud environments.

• Demonstrated ability to engage with senior stakeholders and facilitate strategic discussions.

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in team leadership, mentoring, or people management.

• Strong strategic thinking and execution skills.

• Leadership mindset with the capability to inspire and cultivate talent in others.

• Excellent skills in stakeholder management and communication.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.

• Ability to navigate complex scenarios and drive alignment among teams.

• Commitment to quality, ensuring client success, and promoting continuous improvement.

• Fluent in both French and English.

• Must be based anywhere in France and willing to travel for work.
