This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +1 more state.
• Expand L3Harris’ Counter-Unmanned Aircraft Systems (C-UAS) business with domestic Department of War and homeland clients.
• Manage customer relationships while identifying and developing opportunities for the ForceX and C-UAS portfolio within the Targeting and Sensor Systems domain.
• Grasp the role of Department of War agencies and Federal Enforcement in C-UAS initiatives.
• Navigate C-UAS funding and contract pathways, including PPBE and budget exhibits, urgent needs, Middle Tier Acquisition, OTAs, CSOs, IDIQ task orders, marketplace listings, and FMS interactions.
• Identify, shape, and qualify new C-UAS opportunities to enhance orders, sales, and revenue.
• Oversee accounts and relationships with both new and existing customers while building connections across government, prime, and industry partners.
• Develop and sustain the opportunity pipeline using Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
• Establish Price-to-Win, PWin, and key discriminators for pursuits while supporting business cases and phase gate reviews.
• Deliver qualified pursuits to the capture and proposal organization through the standard capture process and maintain engagement through award.
• Maintain expert knowledge of the UAS business and portfolio.
• Monitor the domestic C-UAS competitive landscape.
• Convert VAMPIRE and adjacent ForceX/Aeromet capabilities into customer-specific value propositions and differentiators.
• Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 9 years of relevant experience, or a Graduate Degree with a minimum of 7 years of related experience, or a minimum of 13 years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
• Active Secret level security clearance.
• Must be willing to travel over 50% of the year.
• Strong understanding of common capture processes.
• Experience in leading new business initiatives.
• Proven ability in competitive analysis, customer analysis, win strategy development, proposal and color team leadership, and price-to-win analysis.
• Disciplined, self-motivated professional capable of bringing projects to completion with minimal direction, guidance, and oversight.
• Outstanding leadership and decision-making abilities.
• Capability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• Expert knowledge of the UAS business and portfolio.
• Familiarity with the domestic C-UAS competitive landscape, including incumbent primes, non-traditional and venture-backed entrants, fielded systems, teaming, and pricing behavior.
• 9/80 schedule with every other Friday off.
