Lead Business Consulting – Process Intelligence

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee comprehensive workstreams, ensuring the quality, timeliness, and effectiveness of deliverables.

• Organize intricate challenges, develop hypotheses, and outline analyses to support decision-making.

• Perform business diagnostics utilizing data, KPIs, interviews, benchmarks, and various other sources.

• Identify underlying causes, opportunities, and value levers, translating analyses into actionable insights and recommendations.

• Design and evaluate initiatives, quantify impacts, prioritize actions, and formulate implementation plans.

• Prepare management and executive presentations with clear, concise, and decision-oriented narratives.

• Organize and facilitate interviews, meetings, and workshops with clients and stakeholders.

• Manage stakeholder relationships, fostering alignment, engagement, and buy-in.

• Direct the activities of consultants and analysts, reviewing outputs and supporting team development.

• Oversee workstream execution, anticipating risks, dependencies, and any deviations in scope or timeline.

• Assist in the implementation of recommendations and monitor results and value captured.

• Act as a reference point for the client and the team, proactively suggesting solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related discipline.

• Background in management consulting, strategy, transformation, or highly complex projects.

• Proven experience leading workstreams and mentoring more junior professionals.

• Strong structured problem-solving and analytical capabilities.

• Proficient in working with data, converting analyses into conclusions and actionable recommendations.

• Exceptional synthesis and executive communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Experience in creating presentations and decision-making materials.

• Ability to lead meetings, workshops, and discussions with clients and senior stakeholders/managers.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).

• Ability to independently organize work, establish priorities, and ensure execution.

• Capacity to navigate highly complex and ambiguous environments.

• Advanced proficiency in English suitable for a professional setting.

• Previous experience in strategy, management, or transformation consulting.

• Experience on projects with direct exposure to senior leadership.

• Background in transformation projects that deliver measurable impacts on revenue, costs, customer experience, or operational efficiency.

• Experience in developing business cases, benchmarks, analytical models, and strategic recommendations.

• Proven track record in developing proposals and identifying new opportunities with clients.
