Lead Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan.

📋 Description

• Facilitate requirements gathering sessions, workshops, and meetings with clients located in the US.

• Document client business workflows, detailing both current (as-is) and future (to-be) processes, while identifying gaps and areas for improvement.

• Develop user personas, journey maps, and process flow diagrams.

• Attain a comprehensive understanding of the product and its associated workflows.

• Compose user stories that include well-defined acceptance criteria and manage the product backlog.

• Partner with the Tech Lead for sprint planning, prioritization, and delivery schedules.

• Collaborate with the Lead Designer on user flows and wireframe designs.

• Oversee scope management and change requests, effectively communicating impacts on timelines and costs.

• Compile meeting minutes and distribute them to stakeholders within 24 hours.

• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) prior to feature delivery to clients.

• Assist in the preparation of proposals, estimates, and Statements of Work (SOW).

• Follow up on blockers and action items, driving them to resolution.

• Utilize AI tools to enhance analysis, documentation, and prototyping, sharing improved methodologies with the team.

• Mentor and potentially lead junior Business Analysts.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Product Analyst in a software development environment.

• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline is preferred.

• Exceptional proficiency in spoken and written English.

• An American or neutral accent is preferred.

• Demonstrated experience working directly with US or international clients.

• Strong background in requirements documentation, including BRDs, user stories, process flows, personas, and journey maps.

• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Extensive hands-on experience utilizing AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Claude Design.

• Experience employing AI for requirements gathering, documentation, data analysis, and rapid prototyping must be evident.

• A creative mindset for thinking outside the box and enhancing processes.

• Ability to work autonomously in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Receptive to feedback and quick to implement improvements.

• Familiarity with Jira, Notion, Figma, and Claude Design.

• Experience in leading or mentoring a team is an advantage.

• Background in SaaS or workforce management products is a plus.
