Business Analyst – Medicaid Claims

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Analyze, strategize, design, document, and propose enhancements to business processes that align with clients’ technological goals.

• Serve as a liaison between clients, project managers, and technical teams.

• Define, monitor, and convey business requirements along with their anticipated effects.

• Develop foundational conceptual data and process models.

• Create, implement, or evaluate basic test scenarios to validate client requirements within system design.

• Engage in technical assessments and reviews.

• Ensure that the purpose of changes is realized through every phase of the project.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of three years of experience as a Business Analyst in the healthcare sector.

• 2–5 years of experience in claims is required.

• Experience with Medicaid is preferred.

• Familiarity with fundamental computer programming concepts, including configuration, development, and batch processing.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other tools for performing quantitative analyses.

• Exceptional analytical skills and expertise in business process re-engineering.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with effective presentation abilities.

• Capacity to inspire others to take action and convey key technical concepts in an understandable manner.
