Business Analyst II – Business Enterprise Programs

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Conduct analysis and interpretation to connect business needs and objectives for the designated function.

• Assist business initiatives through data analysis, recognizing implementation challenges, and user acceptance testing of new systems.

• Identify and evaluate user requirements, procedures, and challenges to enhance existing processes.

• Execute comprehensive analyses on assigned projects, propose business solutions, and support implementation efforts.

• Discover methods to improve performance management and operational reports pertaining to new business implementation processes.

• Create and integrate organizational best practices into business applications.

• Lead problem-solving initiatives and coordination among various business units.

• Aid in the formulation and updating of departmental policies and procedures.

• Carry out other tasks as assigned.

• Adhere to all policies and standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must have authorization to work in the U.S. without requiring employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

• 2–4 years of experience in business process or data analysis, preferably in the healthcare sector.

• Proficient in advanced Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, reporting, and data analysis is strongly preferred.

• Familiarity with dashboards, reporting automation, Power BI, Python, or macros is an advantage.

• Experience collaborating with vendors, internal business teams, leadership, and state stakeholders to support Illinois BEP requirements is a plus.

• Project management experience is preferred.
