This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Act as the primary contact for local Co-ops and foster relationships during the implementation, go-live, and hypercare phases.
• Analyze, comprehend, and document client HR policies, processes, practices, CBAs, and LOUs.
• Take into account applicable provincial employment laws and suggest policy and practice modifications for compliance and alignment.
• Collect, validate, and provide employee, time-balance, and payroll data for conversion cycles.
• Maintain the client requirements workbook and finalize the product for transition to operations.
• Collaborate with program workstreams to ensure necessary data and documented requirements are accessible.
• Assist the program manager and workstream leaders with testing, documentation, training, and presentation materials.
• Create and enhance learning content for HR transformation projects.
• Conduct hands-on technical training for team leaders across the Co-operative Retailing System, either virtually or in person.
• Organize and implement in-person workshops, including venue, travel, and catering arrangements.
• Work together on training materials to ensure they are relevant, clear, and aligned with program objectives.
• Assess and improve training content as team requirements change.
• Support clients from training through go-live cutover activities and payroll cycles.
• Report directly to the Training Lead.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Experience in gathering and validating HR requirements.
• Exceptional communication skills with a strong customer service orientation.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Capability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Ability to thrive in a virtual environment and navigate ambiguity.
• 1–3 years of experience in HR Training or learning and development; relevant education and experience may be considered.
• Over 2 years of experience in delivering systems training.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, preferably in Human Resources.
• Comfortable with both in-person and technology-based virtual learning.
• Familiarity and training experience with Human Capital Management solutions, ideally Oracle Cloud HCM and UKG Workforce Management.
• Experience in providing direct customer support during project launches and system go-lives as the first point of contact.
• Ability to apply adult learning principles and handle sensitive situations with professionalism and care.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Willingness to travel one week per month for at least 12 months (2027–2028) across Western Canada.
• Proximity to a major airport is considered an asset.
• May be required to complete a criminal record check in line with FCL policies.
