Lead Brand and Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Take charge of Search Atlas’s visual identity throughout brand and product interactions

• Develop creatives for paid media, social media content, landing pages, sales materials, and marketing resources

• Design product features from conceptual sketches to final delivery

• Create wireframes, user flows, high-fidelity mockups, and operational prototypes

• Construct functional, near-production demos utilizing Figma AI, Claude, Claude Code, and Claude Design

• Provide prototypes that engineers can accurately build from by understanding the codebase and delivering realistic work

• Oversee and enhance the design system as the product evolves

• Discover and implement beneficial AI design and development tools into team workflows

• Work collaboratively with recruitment, hiring management, and leadership throughout the hiring process

⛳️ Requirements

• Multiple years of design experience in a product or agency context, preferably in SaaS

• Outstanding design taste and sensibility

• Advanced proficiency in Figma and Figma AI

• Advanced proficiency in Claude, Claude Code, and Claude Design

• Proficiency with AI animation and image tools such as Higgsfield

• Experience in motion design using After Effects

• Strong portfolio showcasing brand craftsmanship and product thinking

• Comfortable navigating a codebase for prototyping and development

• Strong product sense, including an understanding of users, workflows, and design tradeoffs

• Clear and direct communication skills in professional English

• Proficient in leveraging AI tools

• Preferred experience in performance marketing and creative testing

• Familiarity with analytics tools like Mixpanel or Hotjar is preferred
