Lead Automation QA Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Dominican Republic, +2 more countries.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in QA development, showcasing real-world examples of automated testing strategies that you have created, maintained, refined, or scaled.

• More than 2 years of experience in leadership, mentorship, or coaching roles.

• Proficient in JavaScript and TypeScript.

• Practical experience with automated testing frameworks such as Cypress, Playwright, or comparable tools.

• Expertise in designing, optimizing, and scaling automated testing frameworks for both frontend storefronts and backend middleware.

• Experience in incorporating automated tests into cloud-based CI/CD pipelines.

• A keen focus on quality metrics.

• Familiarity with specialized QA areas such as API contract testing, performance profiling, load testing, and browser developer tool profiling.
