This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Supervise operations across various subcontracted sites, ensuring exceptional standards of care and service for Veterans.
• Provide leadership, direction, oversight, and quality assurance to front-line audiology examiners.
• Improve operational efficiency while guaranteeing top-notch clinical audiology services.
• Guide the implementation and management of programs aimed at enhancing access to audiology services.
• Aggregate and evaluate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to assess clinical performance, identify potential risks, and execute mitigation strategies.
• Ensure the quality and precision of disability and compensation audiology examinations performed by qualified audiology service providers.
• Maintain thorough and precise project and operational documentation, including updates on status and progress reports.
• Ensure adherence to all applicable laws, regulations, and SAIC/VA policies in the provision of audiology services.
• Doctorate in Audiology (Au.D.) along with a minimum of six years of relevant experience in conducting VA disability examinations.
• Must possess a full, current, and unrestricted license to practice audiology at the doctoral level in any State, Territory, or Commonwealth of the United States, or the District of Columbia.
• Experience in clinical operations and program management is essential.
• Familiarity with implementation and evaluation principles, alongside relevant regulations and policies.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Comprehensive understanding of program development.
• Demonstrated history of managing extensive clinical operations successfully.
• Ability to obtain a public trust clearance.
• Prior experience with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), U.S. Department of Defense, or other large government entities.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology (CCC-A) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA), or Board Certified in Audiology from the American Board of Audiology (ABA).
