Lead Assessor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Perform social compliance audits according to LRQA methodologies and client requirements

• Conduct interviews with workers, engage in discussions with management, and observe site conditions

• Review documents such as contracts, policies, and HR records

• Implement testing of wages and working hours to evaluate compliance

• Create precise and high-quality audit reports within specified deadlines

• Handle audits autonomously while coordinating with international teams

• Foster strong client relationships and uphold LRQA’s professional standards

⛳️ Requirements

• APSCA (CSCA or ASCA) qualification is preferred but not mandatory; candidates should have completed 1 or 2 of the 3 APSCA exams

• Proficiency in German is essential

• Strong command of the English language

• Demonstrated experience in social auditing or related compliance roles

• High integrity, attention to detail, and a professional demeanor

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

• Willingness to travel across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland as required
