Lead Architect – Platform & Governance, ServiceNow, CM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Deliver expert consultation on ServiceNow functionalities, customization possibilities, integrations, and industry best practices

• Spearhead the design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions that align with client needs

• Recognize and address potential challenges within solutions

• Provide support for delivery and offer technical oversight to guarantee precise implementation

• Ensure that all deliveries conform to ICF and ServiceNow standards and procedures

• Supervise ServiceNow integrations with other systems and applications

• Maintain data consistency and integrity across various platforms

• Perform performance evaluations and enhance ServiceNow and integrated solutions

• Develop quality assurance plans to ensure that technical deliverables meet required standards

• Collaborate with project managers to uphold project scope and timelines

• Update practice leadership and clients on project status

• Assist in deployment registrations to uphold ServiceNow partner status

• Formulate security plans and guarantee compliance with security best practices

• Produce architecture diagrams, design specifications, implementation guidelines, and other technical documentation

• Contribute to the knowledge base and lead sessions for knowledge sharing

• Stay updated on ServiceNow, integrated technologies, tools, and industry developments

• Cultivate and maintain robust client relationships

• Mentor and guide ServiceNow talent while customizing individual growth plans

• Promote relationships among ICF, ServiceNow, and clients

• Develop client roadmaps to identify opportunities for ICF services and ServiceNow license sales

• Present proposed solutions to prospective clients

• Collaborate with proposal teams on technical proposals and oral presentations

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in implementing or architecting ServiceNow solutions

• Proven experience implementing at least two of the following: HRSD, ITSM, Discovery, Service Mapping, or Software/Hardware Asset Management

• Must possess an active Top Secret Clearance

• Must reside in the U.S., be authorized to work in the U.S., and perform all work within the U.S.

• Preference for certifications such as ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, ServiceNow Certified Master Architect, or ServiceNow Certified Application Developer

• Proficient with Integration Hub, REST API, and custom integration scripting

• Experience across various aspects of the ServiceNow platform and commonly integrated third-party technologies

• Expertise in JavaScript, GlideScript, and other relevant programming languages

• Experience in designing and leading complex solutions and integrations

• Strong knowledge of system architecture and design principles, including scalable, resilient, and maintainable solutions

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Exceptional abilities in problem-solving and critical thinking

• Proficient in communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution

• Comprehensive understanding of ServiceNow best practices and industry trends
