This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take full responsibility for the comprehensive administration of NetSuite, UKG, Adaptive Insights, Numeric, and Zip, encompassing configuration, workflows, integration health, and maintenance.
• Establish standards for system configuration, access, and change management across various stakeholders.
• Manage access protocols for sensitive financial and HR data, which includes provisioning, permissions, and quarterly access reviews.
• Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, and People stakeholders to convert business requirements into configurations, workflows, and process enhancements.
• Oversee the systems component of cross-functional projects from inception to completion.
• Work alongside the Systems team on Tray.io integrations and collaborate with FinTech engineering on technical projects impacting Finance, Accounting, or People systems.
• Develop and utilize AI and automation tools to reduce manual tasks.
• Keep thorough documentation of system configurations, workflows, and change decisions.
• Act as the senior individual contributor on system-related decisions without having direct reports.
• A minimum of 5 years of practical experience in NetSuite administration.
• Extensive experience with NetSuite configuration across various roles, workflows, and permissions.
• Proven experience leading end-to-end NetSuite changes in a similarly staged organization.
• Hands-on administration experience with modern payroll platforms such as UKG, ADP, Workday Payroll, Paylocity, or similar.
• Payroll configuration expertise, including earnings and deduction codes, GL mapping, and troubleshooting related issues.
• Demonstrable AI/automation projects delivered in the past 6 to 12 months that significantly reduced manual effort; must be able to present 2 to 3 examples showcasing before and after impacts.
• Direct administration experience with multiple financial systems beyond NetSuite.
• Experience working collaboratively with Accounting, Finance, and People teams.
• Ability to translate business needs into system configurations and improvements at a senior level.
• Capability to manage access in financial and HR systems, including user provisioning, role modifications, and quarterly access reviews.
• Proficiency in explaining system changes to non-technical stakeholders in layman's terms.
• Skill in creating effective documentation.
• End-to-end ownership and the capability to propose solutions and see them through to completion.
• Nice-to-have: Experience in HRIS administration with HiBob, BambooHR, Workday HCM, or similar platforms.
• Nice-to-have: Familiarity with Tray.io or comparable iPaaS/middleware solutions.
• Nice-to-have: Previous experience as a senior systems administrator at a rapidly growing company.
