Lead Appian Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with clients, product owners, and stakeholders to design and implement software solutions.

• Plan, lead, and manage resources on intricate Appian software development projects.

• Mentor and nurture the skills of Junior and Mid-Level Appian Developers.

• Keep technical knowledge up to date.

• Spearhead requirements discovery, BPM application design, and application development activities.

• Assess Appian objects and pull requests within the broader application context.

• Assist in project planning, execution, and delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2 to 4 years of experience leading Appian software development teams.

• Prior experience with database and system integration.

• 5 to 8 years of experience in software development engagements (Appian preferred).

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline such as software engineering, engineering, or computer science.

• Proficiency in process modeling, user interface design, and data modeling.

• Experience in identifying and assessing technologies to fill application gaps.

• Knowledge of requirements discovery, BPM best practices, and the design and construction of BPM applications.

• Capability to manage finances in assigned work areas.

• Ability to evaluate Appian objects and pull requests for significant logic errors.

• Strong communication skills for conveying technical requirements across enterprise applications.

• Senior Developer (Level 3) Appian Certification.

• US Citizenship is required.
