This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee intricate analyses that necessitate a thorough assessment of diverse business and data elements.
• Create dashboards, models, analytical frameworks, and reporting solutions.
• Enhance visibility into staff and business performance through reports that integrate data from various systems.
• Explore business inquiries utilizing extensive and intricate datasets, recognizing significant patterns or discrepancies.
• Integrate data across a vast and comprehensive data landscape.
• Determine solutions and enhance data workflows and processes.
• Collaborate with business leaders to clarify analytical requirements and decision-making inputs.
• Provide expert advice on tools, methodologies, and best practices.
• Contribute to the development of functional roadmaps and improvements in analytics capabilities.
• Work alongside technology teams on data structures, pipelines, and automation.
• Lead cross-functional analytical projects and partner with stakeholders throughout the organization.
• Challenge inputs, verify results, and evaluate whether analyses meet significant business needs.
• Assume greater responsibility for projects and autonomously manage work.
• Mentor junior analysts and aid in the establishment of analytics best practices and standards.
• Assist in relationship management and lifetime value analytics.
• Guide the business through CRM and reporting transitions.
• Bachelor’s degree in analytics, statistics, business, data science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Generally, 7 to 10+ years of experience in analytics.
• Authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; no visa sponsorship or takeover of sponsorship, including CPT/OPT.
• Proficient in reading SQL and utilizing queries to comprehend expected outputs and data relationships.
• Experience with large, complex datasets and data structures.
• Comfortable using BI and data visualization tools.
• Familiarity with Tableau, Amazon QuickSight, or Power BI; dashboards are transitioning from Tableau to Amazon QuickSight.
• Capable of independently leading intricate analyses, synthesizing insights, and aiding business decisions.
• Skilled in investigating ambiguous analytical questions, validating results, and posing insightful follow-up questions.
• Able to take ownership of tasks and manage projects according to established timelines.
• Proficient in collaborating across business and technology teams.
• A Master’s degree is preferred.
