Lead Advanced Analyst, Product Analytics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Engage with extensive and intricate data sets to tackle complex analytical challenges through statistical and quantitative methods.

• Utilize quantitative analysis, experimentation, data mining, and forecasting to uncover trends that guide product and business strategies.

• Collaborate with teams across Product, Engineering, Finance, Marketing, Operations, Data Science, and Analytics Engineering.

• Design, implement, and evaluate experiments to assess feature impact, employing causal inference when randomized trials are impractical.

• Create and develop metrics and dimensions to track product and business performance.

• Construct reporting and analytical tools that facilitate data-driven decision-making.

• Convey findings and suggestions to stakeholders, including senior leadership.

• Stay updated on both quantitative and qualitative analytical techniques.

• Leverage AI tools to automate repetitive analytical tasks and enable stakeholder self-service.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of professional experience in a quantitative discipline (Statistics, Econometrics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Data Science, Operations Research, or a related field).

• Previous experience in a role focused on advanced analytics or product data science.

• Strong business insight and strategic thought process.

• Exceptional communication abilities, capable of articulating complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences.

• Demonstrated stakeholder management capabilities.

• Experience in collaborating directly with product teams on analytics strategy, experimental design, and evaluation.

• Familiarity with analyzing A/B testing and statistical data.

• Proven experience in designing and constructing metrics, from initial concept to data pipeline execution.

• High proficiency in Python or R, in addition to SQL.

• Experience with AI-assisted analytics tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT).

• A growth-oriented, agile mindset with a history of successfully driving projects from inception to impact.

• Must possess authorization to work in the U.S. without the need for sponsorship.
