This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Serves as an agent for Producer assigned accounts, encompassing both servicing and solicitation activities.
β’ Oversees a book of business and guides the efforts of a service team.
β’ Manages services required by clients and sustains client relationships with minimal guidance from Producers.
β’ Directs a substantial book of business through the leadership of employees on a service team.
β’ Receives and cultivates new business leads from Producers while identifying and developing cross-sell opportunities.
β’ Acts as the primary point of contact for clients from the initial lead stage.
β’ Represents an assigned book of business effectively.
β’ Engages in team selling activities, including finalist interviews and responses to RFPs.
β’ Prepares and delivers client renewal analyses.
β’ Sells renewal business to current clients and, where applicable, markets additional lines of coverage.
β’ Promotes other agency services through Producer Service Proposals.
β’ Offers analysis and recommendations regarding clients' current coverages.
β’ Selects carriers for solicitation and negotiates with them concerning benefits and premium considerations.
β’ Addresses client inquiries, including questions and issues related to benefits and claims.
β’ Reviews client coverage contracts and amendments for accuracy.
β’ Manages and negotiates relationships and contracts with third-party vendors on behalf of clients.
β’ Leads a dedicated service team.
β’ Acts as a technical expert and assists department members in resolving complex issues.
β’ Provides mentoring and coaching to staff within the department.
β’ Generates new client sales opportunities.
β’ Develops motivational action plans for personnel development with clearly defined performance goals.
β’ Collects fees and reconciles outstanding balances within 60 days of invoicing.
β’ Maintains data standards and data integrity within the agency management system.
β’ Performs duties in accordance with company policies, procedures, and applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
β’ Carries out other assigned duties as required.
β’ Bachelor's Degree or a suitable combination of education and experience.
β’ A minimum of ten (10) years of relevant work experience.
β’ Must consistently meet Continuing Education requirements for license renewal.
β’ Valid Insurance License is required.
β’ Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite.
