L&D Program Manager, North America Manufacturing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Oversee the implementation, adoption, and continuous enhancement of the Dozuki digital work instruction and training platform throughout manufacturing sites in North America.

• Collaborate with Operations, Continuous Improvement, HR, and plant leadership teams.

• Standardize work instructions and improve workforce training.

• Assist in digital transformation initiatives.

• Lead site-specific implementations.

• Provide training and coach local teams.

• Encourage user adoption.

• Establish sustainable governance practices.

• Enhance operational performance and workforce development.

• Work in partnership with manufacturing leaders across approximately 30 facilities in the United States and Canada.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Education, Organizational Development, Business, or a related field is preferred; an equivalent combination of education and significant relevant experience will be accepted.

• Experience in Learning & Development, training delivery, employee onboarding, instructional design, workforce development, or corporate training programs.

• Proven ability to facilitate training, engage learners, and promote the adoption of learning initiatives across diverse employee groups.

• Strong technical skills with experience in utilizing learning technologies, digital training platforms, or learning management systems (LMS).

• Familiarity with Workday Learning, LMS platforms, training software, digital work instruction systems, or similar learning technologies is preferred.

• Capability to swiftly learn new systems and technologies, including the Dozuki digital training platform.

• Ability to work independently in a remote setting and travel up to 50% to support training initiatives across various locations.

• Manufacturing, industrial, or operations training experience is preferred but not mandatory.

• Experience in supporting multi-site training programs, technology implementations, or large-scale learning initiatives is an advantage.
