This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Conduct therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship issues, and life transitions.

• Evaluate client requirements through intake assessments and clinical evaluations.

• Create tailored treatment plans aligned with the goals and needs of clients.

• Ensure the maintenance of precise and timely clinical records in accordance with regulatory and ethical guidelines.

• Employ evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other therapeutic approaches.

• Provide necessary crisis intervention and evaluate risks related to suicide or self-harm.

• Cultivate a safe, non-judgmental, and confidential atmosphere for clients.

• Remain updated on best practices in mental health and pursue relevant continuing education opportunities.

⛳️ Requirements

• A master's degree or higher in Social Work.

• A valid and active Texas LCSW license.

• Experience in delivering individual, couples, and family therapy to diverse groups dealing with various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship issues, and life transitions.

• Proficiency in conducting intake evaluations and clinical assessments.

• Experience in formulating personalized treatment plans.

• Familiarity with maintaining clinical records in compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.

• Expertise in utilizing evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as CBT, DBT, and other therapeutic modalities.

• Background in crisis intervention and assessing potential risks of suicide or self-harm.

• Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to establish rapport with clients.

• Understanding of HIPAA regulations and clinical documentation requirements.

• Certification or specialized training in a specific therapeutic approach (e.g., EMDR, trauma-informed care, etc.).

• Experience with telehealth services.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
