LCSW Associate – Fee For Service

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Deliver telehealth sessions to clients located in Texas

• Offer empathetic, evidence-based mental health services

• Work with a diverse range of clients, including couples and children

• Assist clients in achieving quantifiable progress

• Perform intakes and diagnose in accordance with the DSM-5 under the supervision of a licensed professional

• Maintain a minimum availability for 25 sessions and 30 hours per week

• Establish a complete caseload within 90 days of obtaining credentials

• Engage in clinical supervision and participate in monthly case discussions

• Collaborate with a network of licensed providers in the clinical community

⛳️ Requirements

• Provisionally licensed candidates pursuing Texas licensure as an LCSW

• Board-approved as an LMSW

• Must be working towards independent licensure and residing in Texas

• Graduate of an accredited 60-credit hour program

• Required graduate or post-graduate experience in a counseling environment addressing depression and anxiety

• Preferred graduate or post-graduate experience independently carrying out intakes and diagnosing in line with the current DSM-5 under a licensed supervisor

• Must be consistently available for at least 25 sessions with 30 hours of availability weekly

• Behavioral health generalist willing to work with couples and children

• Proficiency in using telehealth and EHR tools

• Legally eligible to work in the United States at the time of hire
