LCMHC Associate – Fee for Service

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Deliver telehealth sessions to clients located in North Carolina.

• Provide empathetic, evidence-driven mental health services.

• Address issues such as depression, anxiety, couples therapy, and cater to a diverse client base.

• Perform client intakes and make diagnoses in accordance with the DSM-5 under the supervision of a licensed professional.

• Maintain availability for a minimum of 25 sessions and 30 hours each week.

• Establish a complete caseload within 90 days post-credentialing.

• Engage in clinical supervision and participate in case consultations.

• Collaborate with both online and in-person clinical communities.

• Utilize telehealth and EHR tools to deliver care.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently pursuing North Carolina state licensure as an LCMHC.

• Approved by the board as an LCMHCA.

• Must be seeking independent licensure and reside in North Carolina.

• Graduate of an accredited 60-credit-hour program.

• Experience in a counseling environment, focusing on depression and anxiety, at the graduate or post-graduate level.

• Preference for candidates with graduate or post-graduate experience in conducting intakes and diagnosing according to the current DSM-5 under a licensed supervisor.

• Availability for at least 25 sessions and 30 hours weekly is essential.

• Willingness to work with a diverse client population, including couples and children.

• Capability to assist clients in achieving measurable progress.

• Proficient in utilizing telehealth and EHR tools.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire.
